Good news: University of Florida has a plan in case they are attacked by Zombies. No kidding. OK, one of their staff members was kidding–just wanted to put a lighter side on Campus Safety: Identifying characteristics of a zombie outbreak, the overall impact of said zombie outbreak, and operational topics to keep in mind during the outbreak. The report gives some specific help: “Some employees may prefer weapons such as chain saws, baseball bats, and explosives that have been shown to be effective against zombies,” the plan says. “Given the stress on staff to be anticipated during a zombie outbreak, employees should be given the flexibility to choose their own weaponry thereby diminishing anxiety.” Sadly, Florida has removed this helpful document.
