Colleges that offer money for international students!

This list should not be considered complete, but is a good place to start. Students are encouraged to check directly with the college for current requirements and amounts.  A note to colleges. Currently we have three categories:

Need blind: These colleges do NOT take into consideration your finances when deciding to admit you. If you are admitted, they will work with you to make it happen.

Need sensitive: These colleges do offer financial assitance based on need, but the amount you need is taken into consideration prior to offering you admission. 

Need-Generous: these colleges do offer need based aid, they tend to be reletively generous in their packages, but often expect you to make financial contirbution toward your education.

Scholarship: These colleges offer scholarships to international students based on Merit (ability), not need.

A follow-up from an overseas counsellor provided the following exciting information (thanks to Mark Gathercole, High School Counselor, International School of Prague) for compiling this information. As you can see there are some repeats from above, and the information might be contradictory:
